When the architects of the Gunartea studio faced this comprehensive reform project, they knew that it was a great challenge. Everything had to fit into a frame where the main façade of the house was the main space, placing three rooms such as the living room, dining room and kitchen, each one independent and functional, but at the same time connected to each other.
Since the floor was in a really bad state, a integral reform with the intention of modernizing and updating itThe view of La Concha Bay from the windows is spectacular.
The house is distributed in a large common area consisting of living-dining room integrated with the kitchen, plus two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
One of the requirements of the renovation was that the kitchen should be practical and elegant. To achieve this, the architects opted for cabinets without handles lacquered in grey, and designed a hidden space where they placed the pantry and laundry.
The home lighting contributed to create very cosy and personal spaces, by means of adjustable indirect lights in all its rooms.
The hallway by the entrance of the floor gives access to the night area with two bedrooms, a master bedroom with dressing room and another one for guests, as well as two complete bathrooms designed in clean and functional lines.
