A kitchen open to the living room

With a large office and pantry

The architectural studio Egue y Seta is responsible for the reform of this kitchen, which was integrated into the living room to unify spaces and gain meters. It now has a luminous dining room that, together with the panelling, acts as a separating element between the two rooms.

1 Work area. On one of the fronts, the cooking area, the worktop and the sink have been arranged. These share space with the appliances, some of which are panelled, to match the lower kitchen units. The hydraulic floor stands out.

2 Office. A rectangular table with a wooden top and aluminium legs, like the chairs around it, make up the spacious office, which can hold up to 6 people. For this area
an oak floor was chosen to provide warmth.

3 Double storage. This cupboard has a trick, on the side of the kitchen is a storage cabinet for dishes and table linen while on the back, is a wardrobe that looks to the bedroom. As it does not reach the ceiling, it allows light to circulate freely.
