Line up two doilies. Take a strand of thread long enough to turn the lace, and baste the sewing needle. This can also be done by hand.

Start “sewing” with the needle or by inserting the thread with your fingers, through the openwork holes of the doilies, up and down until you reach the other side, leaving an unsewn space which you can then fill with the sweets.

Tie a knot at each end so that the bag does not open. You can also stuff it and then finish sewing it closed with a bow. Cut off the excess thread and that’s it!
